 Having  problem with cholesterol ? and want to reduce cholesterol, below is list of fruit we can use for artery cleansing.


1. Avocade

 Research shows the polyphenols found in this fruit (which has twice as much fiber and more antioxidants than an apple) can help decrease levels of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
4.Orange
Make it in to juice and you will get all benefite from orange.A 2011 a study found that drinking two daily cups of 100-percent orange juice can help reduce diastolic (resting) blood pressure.
5. Cranberries
Research  on cranberries , cranberries rich with  potassium. This potassium in  cranberries help reduce LDL cholesterol levels and help raise the good HDL levels ..
6. Watermelon
Study about watermelon found that water melon is contain  L-citrulline, L-citrulline is an amino acid that capable for lowering blood pressure. L-citrulline will widen blood vessel.
